Groupe Crédit Agricole – HR Directors Learning Expedition
La French Tech Krakow hosted a delegation of HR Directors from the Groupe Crédit Agricole as part of a learning expedition focused on Poland’s business services and technology ecosystem. The first day of the visit took place at Euroclear Poland, and aimed to provide an overview of Krakow’s position within the European BPO and shared services sector.
The session, introduced by Romain Rebour, included a presentation by Nicolas Cormier (La French Tech Krakow) outlining key developments in the local IT and business services market, including structural trends, talent availability and sector maturity.
Discussions were held on HR-related topics such as employer branding, retention strategies and training practices. Members of the Euroclear Poland leadership team : Cathy Desmedt (Recruitment Lead), Laurence Dumont (HR Business Partner Lead for IT & P&C) and Julien Musial (Poland IT Country Manager) contributed their insights on organisational and HR challenges within the financial services industry.
The programme concluded with an overview of Crédit Agricole’s operations in Poland delivered by Galyna Nechaeva (HR Director, Grupa EFL) and Boris Guitton (Head of Digital Transformation, Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.).
