HR-Tech Innovation Day
La French Tech Krakow hosted a professional meeting dedicated to HR and technology innovation at the Consulat général de France à Cracovie, in the presence of representatives from the Groupe Crédit Agricole. The session was held under the leadership of Romain Rebour, and aimed to present the dynamics of the Krakow and Polish tech ecosystems while strengthening collaboration between France and Poland.
The visiting delegation, coordinated by IFCAM – Crédit Agricole’s corporate university, included HR Directors from regional French entities, as well as representatives from Grupa EFL and Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.
HR-Tech Startup Pitch Session :
The event featured a pitch session highlighting several HR-focused startups active in Krakow:
- Arthur Pfister – PxP Shape
- Jeroen Fossaert – Curioz
- Julita Iks – Talent Alpha
- Uliana Shchelgacheva – Phronetiq
- Saheed O. – Jobcamp
Phronetiq, represented by Uliana Shchelgacheva, was selected as the winner of the session.
The program also included an intervention by Piotr Pawłowski, COO at Talent Place, who presented current applications of AI within the HR sector.
