Introducing Belgian Chambers: International Tech Ecosystem Collaboration in Kraków with the case of La French Tech Krakow

Last Friday, we were honoured to take part in welcoming the Belgian Chambers delegation to Kraków as part of a learning expedition organised by our friends from Belgian Business Chamber (BBC) — special thanks to Caroline Ostara Teugels and Julia Stachowicz for bringing everyone together 🇧🇪🇵🇱

The event highlighted one of Kraków’s greatest strengths: its dynamic and internationally connected business and innovation ecosystem.

As speakers for the innovation & startup ecosystem block we had the opportunity to share the stage with:
Michał Adamczyk from Kraków Miastem Startupów, who presented the impressive growth of the local startup ecosystem
Lisa Trapletti, CTO of Sunflower, who offered a thoughtful perspective on the opportunities and differences between the Belgian and Polish innovation ecosystems

La French Tech Krakow, represented by its president Romain Rebour, shared valuable insights on the importance of international startup communities and cross-border collaboration.
We also presented the vision and impact of the
La French Tech network, and highlighting La French Tech Brussels work (kudos to Geoffroy Verney-Carron and the full team!).

We were also honoured by the presence of Philippe De Brouwer, Honorary Consul of Belgium in Kraków, who shared a personal and remarquable speech.

A special thank you to the Belgian Chambers delegation for visiting Kraków and experiencing first-hand how vibrant, innovative, and international the local business ecosystem has become.

Thank you as well to all speakers, guests, and partners who helped co-create such an inspiring day ✨
